The staff was helpful when changing rooms.

The cleanliness in the hotel was unacceptable. I had to deal with a broken wardrobe and a key that often didn't work. The breakfast was often stale, and I felt unsatisfied throughout my stay.

The quick walk to Armonia Beach made my mornings even better while exploring the local dining options like the Tokio Restaurant Bar was a fantastic treat after long city strolls.

The venue was fantastic and homey, I enjoyed the stay and the location was magnificent short walk to centre in a couple of minutes as well as a lovely beach across the road. The booked room was big size and huge in good condition.

Request complimentary room upgrades for better comfort and enjoy weekly themed buffets for good dining options.

The pool was clean, daily cleaning was excellent, and I loved the friendly cats roaming around! The cultural program was a nice touch.

The room was spacious with a beautiful sea view from the 5th floor balcony. I enjoyed the friendly catering staff who worked hard to make dining pleasant. The breakfast and dinner offered good food, even though the dining hall lacked personality.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the common areas, despite not seeing much . Staff at the reception were generally friendly, yet there were times when their help felt a bit lacking. Some noise from the corridor was noticeable, especially early in the morning. It's worth noting that certain amenities like the bar didn't really match up. I often had trouble finding staff for service. I left feeling unsatisfied with certain aspects like breakfast quality but enjoyed the nearby options and spacious room.
